The villa is situated in a quiet location and has 1 double bedroom - sleeps 2 but a double sofa bed can be provided in the lounge upon request to sleep 4. Bathroom with over bath shower. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer & iron. Lounge with dining table, 4 chairs, TV, dvd and video. There is a spiral staircase at the front of the villa which leads to a private rooftop solarium with sunbeds and patio furniture and there are magnificent views of the surrounding countryside. The gated communal pool is 50yards from the villa. The local shops and bars are 2 minutes walk away. The 18 hole golf course is a 5 minute drive and the beach is 15 minutes drive.
The urbanisation of Camposol is situated in the countryside, 8km outside of the town of Mazarrón in Murcia. It is a large urbanistation with English, German, French, Dutch and some Spanish living there.
There is a large Commercial Centre on Sector B which is a 10 minute walk from the villa. There is also a smaller Commercial Centre on Sector A which is only 2 minutes walk from the villa. This has bars, a small convenience store, a wine and delicatessen shop and an internet cafe. There is also a bank on Sector A.
A 5 minute walk away is a Spanish restaurant called Mariano´s which has a fantastic menu of the evening Monday to Friday, 3 courses including a drink for only €11. Well worth a visit.
